How do I create an account?
Creating an account is simple! Click on "Sign Up" at the top right corner of our homepage, fill out the required fields, and follow the verification steps. Once you’re set up, you’re ready to rent or list a vehicle.
How do I book a vehicle?
Browse our range of vehicles available at your destination airport. Enter the city most closely aligned with your destination and you'll see the list of available cars. Once you find the car that fits your needs, select your rental dates and click on "Book Now." You'll be prompted to review the rental terms and complete the payment to secure your booking.
What if a car is not available at the exact destination airport?
Message your host! Our hosts are flexible and can deliver the car to an airport that may work better for you!
How can I cancel or modify my booking? You can view, modify, or cancel your booking from your dashboard under "My Trips." Please refer to our cancellation policy for details about refunds and applicable fees.
What should I do if my vehicle isn’t as described?
If you encounter any discrepancies with your rental, please contact our support team immediately. We're here to ensure your rental meets your expectations and our standards.
What happens if I have an accident?
Your safety is our priority. In case of an accident, ensure that everyone is safe, call local authorities, and then contact your insurance provider. Please also contact us at support@gocrewcar.com or 732-770-2659 and we will guide you through the process, including insurance claims and vehicle replacement if necessary.
